Broccoli hummus: Ingredients
300 g (11 oz) broccoli, florets
150 (5 oz) chickpeas, precooked in a jar
the zest and juice of one lemon
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tahini sauce
Pinch of sea salt
Black pepper, to taste
Broccoli hummus: Method
- Boil the broccoli in salted water for 15 minutes.
- Drain the broccoli and blend them with chickpeas, lemon, and oil. Add the tahini sauce salt and pepper, if necessary, and mix.
