Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a bright straw yellow color and good consistency.
The nose opens with a broad and varied bouquet. Floral notes of acacia flowers and helichrysum intertwine with intense fruity notes of fresh tropical fruit, peach, and apricot. The bouquet is rounded out by hints of Mediterranean herbs and, on the finish, a delicate hint of citrus.
The palate is enveloping, rich and extremely pleasant. Freshness and savory character, supported by a good structure and a lingering aftertaste of fruit and aromatic herbs, create a palate of rare elegance, leaving the taster wanting more.
