Tasting Notes
Unfiltered, with a bright straw yellow color and good consistency.
The nose opens with hints of yellow wildflowers and broom flowers, followed by intense fruity notes of citrus, pink peach, and yellow plum. The bouquet is rounded out by salty notes and hints of Mediterranean herbs.
The palate is pleasant and enveloping. Freshness and savory balance perfectly, with a good persistence on the palate and a peach and citrus aftertaste.
An elegant wine, a caress for the palate.
