100 g (3½ oz) natural silk tofu
100 g (3½ oz) raw dark chocolate 80%
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
100 g (3½ oz) raw coconut sugar
50 g (2 oz) brown rice milk
2 tbsp sugar free cherry jam
150 g (5 oz) rice whipped cream
Vegan dark chocolate mousse: Method
- Drain the tofu and crumble it.
- In a blender, place the tofu, chocolate, cocoa powder, raw sugar, rice milk and mix until the dough is creamy.
Pour the tofu cream into a glass. Add 1 tbsp of cherry jam for each cup and layering with rice whipped cream. Serve cold.
