Orange gluten free cookies

Written by Veronica Lavenia

Orange cookies are always present on my winter table. The delicious scent is a promise of sweetness.
Ideal for breakfast, with afternoon tea or as a simple snack, they are a healthy and very versatile proposal.

Of course, my shortcrust pastry is, as always, madewith extra virgin olive oil. A delicate EVOO that makes the pastry crunchy to the point, healthy and nutritious.

Sicilian oranges have unique organoleptic characteristics, so their taste, nutritional values and sweetness (especially blood oranges) are truly among the best in the world.

These cookies celebrate this special fruit. From the juice to the honey and the yogurt, these orange-flavored ingredients create a perfect mix, sweet to the right point but not intrusive.
