Wine: Furore Bianco Fiorduva
Varietal composition: Phenyl 30%, Ginestra 30%, Ripoli 40%.
Denomination: DOC Costa d’Amalfi sub-area Furore.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Production area: Furore (Salerno).
Nature of the soil: dolomitic-limestone rocks.
Altitude: 200-550 meters above sea level.
Vineyard: cultivated with organic fertilization and SQNPI certified integrated phytosanitary defense. Weeding by hand and several times without the use of pesticides.
Average age of vines: prephylloxera strains grown for a third in vertical dry macerine with at least 60 years.
Training system: Pergola and / or atypical rays, espalier.
Growing density: 5000-7000 vines per hectare.
Production: 60 hl/ha.
Vinification: soft pressing with cold static clarification of the must. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Part of the must completes the alcoholic fermentation in new oak barriques with permanence on the yeasts for a variable period of 3/8 months in the splendid barrel dug in dolomitic-limestone rock.
Serving temperature: 12°-14° C.
