Wine: Blanc
Variety composition: Sauvignon, Menu Pineau.
Denomination: AOP Cheverny – Val de Loire.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow color with very light golden reflections, good consistency.
The nose shows notes of fresh white flowers associated with hints of white and yellow pulp fruit, with a finish with hints of citrus.
The sip is fresh, important, with great acidity and freshness. In the finish it is rounder and softer.
A sample to start appreciating another French territory: the Loire Valley.
