Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a lively straw yellow color embellished with a very persistent and fine perlage.
With a fairly complex bouquet of aromas, but of fine and very persistent quality. It opens with floral notes accompanied by addictive aromas of fresh fruit: apple and Williams pear above all, with a mineral nuance at the end.
The sip is delicate, elegant, pleasant for both the novice taster and the more demanding one. A hint of fresh fruit remains in the mouth.
The ideal companion for a delicate appetizer or for a convivial dinner with friends.
