Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively carmine red color, good consistency.
The olfactory palette is wide. It opens with floral scents reminiscent of carnation and rose, followed by an effluvium of fruity notes: blackberry, blueberry, cherry and plum. The olfactory range is completed by notes of white pepper and a nuance of sweet spices.
The sip is elegant and overall well-balanced. Good silky tannic texture and persistent olfactory taste of fruit and spices. In the finish a delicate balsamic note.
