Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color with imperceptible garnet textures, consistent.
On the nose, the sample is of fine quality and a variegated bouquet of hints: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Wine with a complex olfactory bouquet. Floral hints of slightly withered red flowers. Fruity scent of forest jams and morello cherries, followed by spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves, which give way to roasting of freshly roasted coffee.
In the mouth the sample shows a well-polished tannin, despite its importance. Pleasant in its complexity and good freshness. A wine in the style of the producer that well characterizes the territory of origin.
It is recommended in combination with juniper beef stew in myrtle sauce.
