Tasting Notes:
Clear sample, with a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
Wide bouquet of perfumes. Floral notes reminiscent of a pot pourri of delicately withered red flowers, followed by a scent of notes of red and dark berries such as blackberry, currant and strawberries. Notes of toasted Mediterranean scrub reminiscent of cigar boxes and cocoa powder.
The sip is fresh, with well-polished tannins. Notes of ripe fruit remain in the mouth with a finish of sweet spices. Good persistence on the nose, a sample with a round and very elegant taste. It is recommended in combination with wild boar stew.
