Variety composition: 95% Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Rosso di Montepulciano D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol.
Aging: the six-month aging in wood enhances the structure without affecting the strength of the aromas and flavors that come from the vines.
Clear, very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, of good consistency.
On the nose the bouquet of its scents opens with floral notes of violet, followed by a fruity scent of currants, raspberries, plums and durone cherries, final with notes of spices such as vanilla and licorice. Delicate balsamic nuance.
The taste is fresh, with a moderate tannic texture, balanced in its components, not particularly intense but with good persistence, of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with a Tuscan appetizer.
