Tasting Notes
Clear, very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, of good consistency.
On the nose the bouquet of its scents opens with floral notes of violet, followed by a fruity scent of currants, raspberries, plums and durone cherries, final with notes of spices such as vanilla and licorice. Delicate balsamic nuance.
The taste is fresh, with a moderate tannic texture, balanced in its components, not particularly intense but with good persistence, of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with a Tuscan appetizer.
