ALSINA & SARDÀ – CAVA – SPAIN

Cellers Alsina is one of the oldest wineries, whose origins date back to 1862, on the Cal Janes estate, in the municipality of El Pla del Penedès. At the time, winemakers produced their own wines, which were then sold to traders.
The first production of Cava dates back to 1982. The company began at the time with a few bottles in the small family cellar in Ca l’Avi (Subirats).
