Wine: Côté Sud
Varietal: 80% Syrah 20% Garnache.
Denomination: Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes (France).
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2019.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense garnet red color, consistent.
Sample with a fairly complex, but well defined range of scents. Floral notes of withered red wildflowers, followed by hints of small dark berry fruits reminiscent of black currant and blackberry, accompanied by a note of cherry durone.
On the palate the sample shows a good balance in its components. Well-smoothed tannin and, although important, very pleasant. Good persistence that leaves in the mouth an aftertaste of ripe fruit and a note of aromatic Mediterranean herbs.
It is recommended in combination with grilled meat dishes.
