Tasting Notes
Crystal- clear, with an intense straw yellow color, with a fairly fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
The nose is an effluvium of persuasive and delicate aromas. White acacia and hawthorn flowers intertwine with orange fruity notes and aromatic herbs such as sage with a finish that recalls the scent of acacia honey.
The sip is perfectly balanced, sweet but not too much, fragrant that brings back the scent of the grapes in the cellar. Sample with an important taste-olfactory persistence.
A charmat method known by almost all Italian families, a true icon of the holidays.
Try it with any dessert, it will be a hit.
