Bolè Rosè – Bolè

Bolè Rosè - Bolè
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Bolè Rosè
Varietal: 100% Sangiovese.
Denomination: Romagna DOC Spumante.
Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: s.d..
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale pink in color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with a fairly broad, intense and fine quality range of aromas. Notes of fresh flowers intertwine with hints of small red berries reminiscent of currants, blackberries and blueberries. A delicate nuance of strawberry and bread crust close the olfactory analysis.
The sip is very fresh, pleasant, soft and with a good acid component. An aftertaste of fresh fruit remains in the mouth.
Tried in combination with an appetizer of cured meats and fresh cheeses.
A wine that meets the taste of a young and informal user.
