Wine: Masia Salat
Varietal: 40% Xarel-lo, 35% Macabeo, 25% Parellada.
Denomination: D.O. Cava.
Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: s.d..
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination it releases hints of fresh flowers, which are accompanied by aromas of fruit such as green apple and pear, with a closure of freshly baked bread with nuts.
The sip is fresh and lively, with a pleasant acidity, leaving a fairly persistent hint of ripe white-fleshed fruit on the palate with a light citrus note.
A champion to discover a territory, D.O. Cava, which is attracting the attention of the general public with products of good and excellent quality.
Excellent value for money.
