Denomination: A.O.C. Alsace.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2016.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, intense straw yellow color with evident golden textures, good consistency.
The nose is understood, with a varied and persistent bouquet. Notes of yellow flowers, hints of ripe yellow and white fruit, intertwine with notes of eucalyptus with a hydrocarbon finish.
The sip is fresh and balanced. Acidity and freshness give a pleasant sip with a good olfactory taste persistence of great minerality, notes of cut grass.
Sample that perfectly represents the terroir of origin, ideal for novice and expert tasters.
