Wine: Le Petit
Variety composition: 100% Petit Manseng.
Denomination: Bianco Passito.
Alcoholic strength: 8,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color with evident golden reflections, with good consistency.
The olfactory examination reveals intense hints of tropical fruit such as mango, papaya and passion fruit. The elegant olfactory range is completed by aromas of spices such as white pepper and vanilla pod.
The sip is very elegant, perfectly balanced, with a pleasant sweetness in balance with the acidity. Very persistent, it releases an aftertaste of honey and a note of noble rot.
A wine a little outside the traditional mold, but still an expression of the territory of origin: an enveloping taste of great pleasure.
