Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright, intense ruby red color with evident garnet shades on the edge, consistent.
On the nose it is an effluvia of aromas with an intense and complex bouquet. It opens with aromas of wild violets, embellished with notes of small red berries such as blackberry, blueberry and black cherry. The olfactory range is completed by balsamic hints of eucalyptus, notes of Kentucky tobacco, liquorice stick and cinnamon.
In the mouth it gives a round, harmonious and very enveloping sip. Good velvety and well-smooth tannic texture. Sample structure gives an intense aftertaste of ripe fruit with a persistent flavor of ripe fruit and cloves.
