Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense golden yellow color, good consistency.
On the nose, the bouquet of perfumes is broad and of fine quality. The floral notes are followed by hints of yellow pulp fruit such as peach and apricot. The olfactory range is completed by addictive notes of balsamic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh, well balanced in its parts. Good persistent aromatic taste of ripe fruit with a delicate balsamic note in the finish.
A wine of great pleasure and elegance.
