Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red color embellished with elegant garnet textures, consistent.
On the nose it is a true effluvia of aromas ranging from floral to fruity, from hints of spices to balsamic notes. It opens with a pot pourri of delicately withered red flowers, which is intertwined with intense hints of fruit ripened in alcohol reminiscent of corn cherries, but also notes of cooked plum and blackcurrant. Addictive hints of cocoa powder and freshly ground coffee beans follow. A delicate balsamic nuance completes the rich olfactory bouquet.
The sip is rich, with an important tannic texture which overall is well smoothed and silky. Good aromatic taste persistence inserted in a perfect balance. The aftertaste is persistent and reminiscent of ripe fruit and spices.
A wine that is a pure expression of the territory of origin.
