Collis Breclemae 2017 – Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo

Collis Breclemae 2017 - Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Collis Breclemae
Variety composition: 100% Nebbiolo.
Denomination: Ghemme D.O.C.G..
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense carmine red color with evident garnet reflections, consistent.
The nose is an effluvium of black fruit in jam: blackberry and blueberry above all, followed by addictive aromas of licorice root, sweet tobacco and a nuance of chima in the finish.
The sip is balanced, elegant, with a well-smoothed tannic texture. Good persistence of olfactory taste of ripe fruit and fine spices.
