Tasting Notes
In the glass, the sample appears crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident golden reflections, of good consistency.
On the nose it opens with a range of fairly complex scents, of good quality. The floral notes are followed by enveloping fruity scents of pear, apple and peach. The range is completed by notes of bitter almond and a light nuance of flint.
The sip is warm and structured. Supported by a nice freshness and an elegant aftertaste of lime and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
