Tasting Notes
Crystalline, pale straw yellow in color with light greenish highlights, and good consistency.
On the nose, a rush of floral and fruity notes captivates the taster. Hints of tomato leaf and a light mineral nuance complete the bouquet.
The palate is rich, enveloping, and perfectly balanced. Freshness and savory characterize the palate, complemented by a lingering aftertaste of white-fleshed fruit, offering a refreshing experience.
A wine that speaks of its terroir.
