Refinement: refinement takes place in 20-25 Ql oak barrels and a small part in barrique

Description: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted
Comments: triumph of slightly withered red flowers, accompanied by aromas of ripe red berry fruit including red plum, blood orange and cherries in alcohol, hints of dog rose and cinnamon and nutmeg. Elegant empyreumatic notes, which recall coffee powder and oak wood, balsamic finish of eucalyptus and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.

Observations: wine characterized by captivating and varied aromas. When tasted, the impact is of character, persistence is long, yet the balance between hard and soft parts is not perfect, but the tannin is pleasant even if it needs to be tamed, a savory note present and pleasant.
