Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale straw yellow in color, good consistency.
The nose opens with floral notes of peach blossom, elderberry and lemon balm, followed by intense fruity notes reminiscent of apple, apricot and white peach. The olfactory bouquet is completed by notes of spices and a mineral nuance.
The sip is pleasant and elegant. Sapidity and freshness are integrated, supported by a persistent fruity aftertaste with mineral puffs.
