Tasting Notes
The sample has a ruby red color, bright, with a good consistency.
The nose is a scent of red red, just blossomed, followed by hints of red pulp fruit. Notes of mace, Kentucky tobacco and pleasant aromas of Mediterranean scrub and myrtle.
The sip is fresh, perfectly balanced in its parts, the tannin, important and silky. Sweet spice finish.
It is recommended in combination with Tournedos alla Rossini.
