Ronco delle Mele 2013 - Venica & Venica
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Ronco delle Mele
Variety composition: 100% Sauvignon.
Denomination: Collio D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2013.
Serving temperature: 12° – 14° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections, consistent.
On the nose it presents itself with a wide and varied range of aromas. Notes of yellow flowers are followed by hints of ripe fruit such as peach, apricot, and rennet apple. Herbaceous hints and a light mineral nuance complete the olfactory range.
The sip is fresh, enveloping, savory, perfectly balanced in its components. Good persistence of taste and smell with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and herbaceous hints.
A wine that demonstrates its characteristics of longevity, with a sip of rare elegance.
