MARCHESI GONDI – TUSCANY – ITALY

Chianti Rufina is produced in the north-east of the city of Florence, where the Tenuta Bossi, owned by the Gondi family since 1592, is located. An estate known since the Renaissance for its wine.

Between the 1700s and 1800s, both the villa and the cellar were renovated and enlarged.

In the 1900s, the family continued innovation, using new technologies and mechanized equipment.

The continuous search for a very high quality of the products, which is obtained with careful processing and with the constant improvement of all production factors, is the company philosophy that has always distinguished Tenuta Bossi and which, even now, after centuries, makes it known and appreciated in the world.
