Tasting notes:
Clear, intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, luminous and consistent.
The nose is a scent of perfume. Fruity hints of yellow peach and plum, with toasted sweet tobacco, spacings of pepper and cinnamon.
The sip is of great impact. Tannin is perfectly smooth, important, but not intrusive. Intense and very persistent with a smoky aftertaste and ripe fruit. Mineral note of slate in the finish.
It is recommended in combination with strascicati with hare ragù.

4 Lupetti
