Tasting Notes
Crystalline, straw yellow in color, with evident golden reflections, consistent.
On the nose it re-enacts persuasive sensations of exotic fruit such as papaya and pineapple, but also hints of pink grapefruit. Intense scents of Mediterranean scrub.
The taste is harmonious, perfectly balanced between the various components, the aftertaste is balsamic with good persistence.
It is recommended in combination with Catalan prawns.

Rating
4 Lupetti
