Tasting Notes
Clear, bright ruby red with slight purplish textures, of good consistency.
The nose is complex due to the variety of scents it releases. Floral notes of slightly withered red flowers, hints of ripe berries: blackberry, raspberry, black currant and durone cherry. Notes of sweet spices cinnamon and cardamom, but also hints of freshly ground black pepper. Final with nuances of precious woods.
The sip is structured, with a linear, non-aggressive, fresh tannin, the flavor of ripe fruit prevails, repeating the sip is almost a duty, pleasant with a good acidic shoulder. The finish is a mix of cigar box scent and a slight balsamic note.
