Tasting Notes
Clear, garnet red, consistent.
On the nose the sample is: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted.
Floral scent of geranium and carnation, followed by fruity notes of black cherry and wild berries, delicate spicings of cloves and black pepper, toasted cocoa powder and cigar box, balsamic eucalyptus closure.
On the palate the tannin is perfectly balanced, silky, good persistence and fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with a medium-aged cheese platter.
