Tasting Notes
Crystal- clear, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, consistent.
On the nose the sample is quite complex: floral, fruity and mineral. There are notes reminiscent of a potpourri of yellow flowers, hints of citrus, wet stone and graphite.
The taste is moderately balanced in its components, fresh, intense, of good persistence, of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with grilled lamb chops.
