Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, consistent.
The olfactory bouquet is quite rich and varied: floral, fruity and spicy. Notes of withered wildflowers, hints of ripe fruit reminiscent of wild strawberries, corn cherries and dehydrated plums. Spicy finish reminiscent of vanilla pods and cinnamon nuances.
In the mouth it is consistent, with an important but non-invasive, silky tannin. Good balance between hard and soft parts. Good persistence with an aftertaste reminiscent of a ripe red berry fruit: cherry.
It is recommended in combination with stewed rabbit peasant style.
