Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear cherry pink color, bright, with good consistency.
On the nose the taste is quite complex, intense and of good quality. It opens the range of its aromas with floral notes of fresh red wild flowers, followed by an aroma of small red fruits: blueberry, currant and a delicate nuance of wild strawberries. The bouquet is completed by mellow mineral aromas accompanied by hints of Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth acidity and flavor give a pleasant and fresh sip with a long and persistent finish of fresh fruit and Mediterranean herbs.
It is recommended in combination with an aperitif based on fish credit or fresh cold cuts, but also to be tasted in pleasant company.
