Wine: Vega Medina Reserva
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2016.
Classification: D.O. Rioja.
Grapes: Tempranillo, Graciano y Garnacha.
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, moderately intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose the sample shows hints of red flowers reminiscent of wisteria and violet, followed by notes of red and dark berries such as blackberry and blueberry and dried plum. Hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cardamom closing with toasted nuts of precious woods.
The sip is vigorous, with important, fresh tannins. The persistence of taste and smell is interesting, where hints of ripe fruit and light balsamic notes remain.
It is recommended in combination with particularly structured meat dishes.
