Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with violet reflections, consistent.
On the nose it gives floral hints reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, followed by hints of dark berry fruits such as blueberry and currant, scents of tomato leaf accompanied by persuasive hints of star anise.
The sip is pleasant, with a non-aggressive and well-structured tannin. Good persistence of aromatic taste that gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
Try it with traditional Spanish meat dishes.
