Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, cherry pink in color, with good consistency.
On the nose, the sample has a fairly complex range of aromas of fine quality. Notes of fresh red flowers, hints of small red berries such as currant, blueberry and strawberry. Closing with a delicate herbaceous nuance.
The taste gives a pleasant freshness, accompanied by a discreet sapidity, which invites you to take a new sip. Its balance between the various components is harmonious, with a good persistence of fresh fruit and rosehip.
Ideal for an aperitif based on fresh cured meats or raw seafood.

Rating
