Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in the range of its aromas. Delicate, not particularly intense gifts of fresh white flowers, accompanied by notes of white-fleshed fruits with a light note of mown grass.
On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, not particularly persistent with an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
It is recommended in combination with an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
