Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination the sample presents a fairly complex range of aromas. Hints of withered red flowers, notes of dark berry fruits reminiscent of currant, blackberry and blueberry, closing with a note of sweet spices.
The sip is quite alcoholic, it is advisable to open the bottle at least half an hour before serving, fairly balanced in its components, the aftertaste of berries quite persistent.
Great distribution wine, with a good value for money, a wine for the whole meal.
It is recommended in combination with meat dishes.
