Wine: Ribona
Varietal: 100% Ribona.
Denomination: Colli Maceratesi Ribona D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 10°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light greenish reflections, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it opens with a broad and complex bouquet of aromas. Notes of white wildflowers are accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of peach, apricot and light nuances of tropical fruit. The olfactory range is completed by aromas of Mediterranean scrub herbs and an almost imperceptible note of iodine.
The sip is fresh, with a perfect balance in its components. Its aftertaste of yellow-fleshed fruit is persistent and intense, accompanied by a pleasant flavor of iodine.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood risotto.
