Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color, with good consistency.
Sample with a fairly wide range of perfumes. It opens with notes of fresh red flowers, followed by hints of ripe red berries, and completes the olfactory examination by a very light toasted note.
Fresh on the palate, with a delineated and velvety tannin. Good persistence of taste olfactory where an aftertaste of ripe fruit remains.
A sample easy to drink, to be combined with any meal, its softness is interesting.
Paired with a platter of aged cheeses.
