Wine: Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon

Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Classification: Margaret River.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, consistent.
On the nose it offers a range of complex, intense and fine quality aromas. Notes of fresh white flowers are accompanied by a fruity note typical of the two vines from peach to tropical fruit. The bouquet is completed by hints of pink peppercorns and a hint of iodine.
The sip is pleasant, vibrant, with acidity and flavor giving an invitation to repeat the sip. Good persistence on the nose, with a citrus aftertaste. Undoubtedly a tasting wine, for me a pleasant discovery.
To be tasted in combination with seafood crudité.
