Wine: Íchnos
Grapes: 100% Piedirosso.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Classification: Campi Flegrei D.O.C..
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red color, consistent.
The nose shows a wide bouquet of aromas. Notes of red flowers are accompanied by hints of ripe fruit reminiscent of cherry durone and small red berries. Aromas of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub combine with spicy scents reminiscent of licorice stick and freshly ground black pepper.
The sip is rich, enveloping, with a non-invasive and overall well-polished tannic texture. Quite persistent, it leaves in the mouth a retro taste of ripe fruit and a nuance of peppercorns.
It is recommended in combination with meat-based first courses.
