Wine: Petite Sirah
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Region: Baja California.
Grapes: 100% Petite Syrah.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense, consistent ruby red colour.
The nose opens with a wide, intense and fine quality range of aromas. Hints of red flowers, it is accompanied by aromas of red-fleshed fruit. Notes of spices that recall freshly ground black pepper and cloves stand out, with a finish of freshly mown grass.
Well balanced sample in its components, with a good tannic texture, which is well smoothed and with an important aftertaste of ripe fruit reminiscent of blackberry and raspberry.
An ideal wine to appreciate or learn about a vine that is not very present on the European continent. The non-invasive tannin and a decisive and persistent aftertaste make it particularly appreciated by a young audience and for those who want to discover a new and very particular taste, which recalls, albeit remotely, its French namesake.
It is recommended in combination with grilled beef.
