Luigi Ghislieri - Colonnara
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Luigi Ghislieri
Varietal: 100% Verdicchio.
Denomination: Brut Metodo Classico Verdicchio D.O.C. organic.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: n.d..
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with an intense straw yellow colour, with a very fine, persistent and numerous perlage.
On the olfactory examination, the bouquet of perfumes is broad, intense and of good quality. Hints of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit are accompanied by notes of bread crust and hints of toasted hazelnuts.
The sip is elegant, pleasant, with good sapiness.
A sample that meets the taste of both a young audience and more demanding tasters. A pleasant and intriguing discovery: versatile in combinations.
