Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color, of good consistency.
The typical scents of this vine unfold on the nose. The fruit prevails with hints of ripe plums and blackberries, accompanied by hints of cherries in alcohol, closing with delicate spicy notes.
The sip is enveloping, with a delicate, but evident, tannic texture, it gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit with delicate balsamic notes and spices.
A sample to be appreciated with traditional Sicilian dishes, a vine appreciated at all latitudes.
