Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively ruby red colour, consistent.
The nose is enveloping, intense, with a bouquet of persuasive and very pleasant aromas. The typical scents of the vine are highlighted.
The sip is velvety with a tannin, albeit young, ideal to be appreciated throughout the meal. Surely it can also be tasted in the years to come, with another two or three years of aging, it can give interesting sensations with important dishes based on grilled or stewed meat.
Its taste-olfactory persistence and its freshness are interesting. A wine that turned out to be a real discovery.
